We accept returns within 5 days of delivery or purchase. To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

You can return items by post or in person at our café. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Delivery options: Standard UK shipping via Royal Mail or courier.

Delivery times: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
