Before we dive in, just know we’ve kept this short, sensible, and mildly amusing so you can get back to browsing platters, planning parties, or reheating your coffee before it goes cold again.
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the website for the changing creative chaos of both:

By using this site or ordering from it, you agree to the following—think of it as “grown-up guidance, minus the yawn.”
🎁 Orders & Your Info
If you purchase from our gift shop, we’ll need your details (name, address, postcode) to send your order. We only use it for delivery purposes—no, we won’t turn up at your house with doughnuts unless you explicitly ask.
🍇 Hire & Grazing Deposits
All bookings, whether it’s:
• grazing tables
• grazing boxes
• or hire items (crockery, carts, doughnut boards, teepees, etc.)
require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the date.
(This deposit covers admin, prep, planning, and us mentally reserving the item while drinking 37 cups of coffee.)
🧁 Food Safety
All catering food is prepared fresh in our EHO-approved kitchen within the café, following safety guidance from the UK Food Standards Agency.
Food must be eaten within the safe time windows recommended by:
UK Food Standards Agency (2-4 hours)
or stored correctly in the fridge until needed.
After the recommended safe hours pass, food decisions are yours. We love you, but we can’t time-travel to rescue a sausage roll left out since breakfast.
🧀 Dietary Requirements
All allergies and dietary needs are handled by us with care during enquiry/booking for your peace of mind. Feeding tiny legends safely is our actual favourite sport. Beyond this, further food storage, timing, and consumption choices are down to the customer.
🔧 Hire Item Care & Liability
All hire items are inspected before and after every use. If items are damaged, broken, or go on an unscheduled adventure, the customer is liable for the full replacement cost.
We reinforce this with actual risk assessments, certificates, insurance, and safety checks, which are kept safely on file.
We are fully insured for all services and hire items, and possess all relevant certificates (PAT tests, hygiene certs, risk assessments, public liability insurance, etc.). We may frame them one day.

We are not responsible for:
• injuries caused by misuse of hire items
• payment disputes with third-party providers
• or food consumed outside of safe handling/storage guidance
📧 Enquiries
All enquiries and bookings must go through email so we can gather details, themes, dietary needs, dates and requirements. If you dream it, we can try to theme it—but we need it in writing so we don’t forget exactly how many unicorn sprinkles were requested.

Refuse service for any reason or hire if requests fall outside of safe operation, ethical food handling, or the laws of physics.

Gift purchases are covered by our website Returns & Refunds Policy, outlined in the footer section and product pages. Hire items do not qualify for postal returns—posting a doughnut board in a letterbox is experimental, and we’re not ready.
