Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Tickets are non-refundable as personalised materials will be prepared specifically for your booking. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but transfers to another another date are subject to availability. Your booking includes personalisation for 1 child (Β£35) or 2 children (Β£50), depending on the option selected at checkout. Please double check all the names and personalisation details before submitting your booking, as we cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied to us. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please include these when booking as complimentary nibbles and drinks will be served. ADULTS ONLY. MAXIMUM OF 2 CHILDREN'S PERSONALISATIONS PER BOOKING.
